Each IANTD Diver can check their own dive level or allow checks at his/her free will if a certificate was issued for them:

Active Dive Professionals and Dive Centers are authorized to use this content to verify the certification status of the certification owner for purposes of diving activities. The requested data is allowed to be shown on the screen.
Transfer of personal data to third parties without written authorization of the certification owner is strictly prohibited.
Temporary Cards are for personal use of the certification owner only. Temporary Cards may be duplicated by the certification owner for personal needs. Further duplication - completely or partially - in electronic, mechanical or any other format must be accompanied with written authorization of such from the certification owner.
